Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MAMA NUI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects
information when you use the MAMA NUI Bot Dashboard and related services at mamanui.fun.
Information We Collect
- Discord Account Data — When you log in via Discord OAuth2, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar URL. We do not receive your email address or password from Discord.
- Discord Server Data — We access the list of Discord servers (guilds) where you have Manage Server permissions, and the channels within those servers where you install the bot.
- Google / Gmail Data — If you authorize Gmail integration, we request read-only access to your Gmail inbox (scope: gmail.readonly) to monitor newsletters from specific senders you configure. We do not read, store, or transmit email content beyond generating Discord notifications.
- Configuration Data — Sources, routing rules, channel mappings, and bot settings you configure through the dashboard are stored server-side to operate the bot.
- Log Data — Bot activity logs are stored per-user for up to 7 days. Dashboard change logs are stored permanently for audit purposes.
- Twitter / X Cookies — If you provide Twitter session cookies, they are stored encrypted in your per-user configuration file solely to enable Twitter monitoring. We strongly recommend refreshing cookies regularly.
How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and identify your Discord servers
- To operate the MAMA NUI bot on your behalf in your Discord server
- To fetch content from sources you configure (YouTube, Steam, Twitter, Gmail, RSS) and deliver notifications to your Discord channels
- To maintain activity logs for debugging and audit purposes
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on our VPS server (IDCloudHost, Jakarta, Indonesia). We use HTTPS (TLS) for all data in transit. Sensitive credentials (Twitter cookies, bot tokens) are stored in server-side configuration files with restricted file permissions.
⚠ Twitter session cookies and Gmail OAuth tokens are stored as-is to enable bot functionality. You are responsible for revoking access via Discord, Google, or Twitter at any time.
Third-Party Services
- Discord — OAuth2 login and bot API. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
- Google / Gmail — Gmail API (read-only). Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Twitter / X — Accessed via session cookies you provide. Subject to X's Privacy Policy.
- YouTube, Steam, RSS — Public RSS feeds only. No authentication or personal data involved.
Data Retention
Bot activity logs are retained for 7 days then automatically deleted. Dashboard change logs are retained indefinitely. Your configuration data is retained until you delete your account or request removal. Gmail and Twitter tokens remain until you revoke them from your Google/Twitter account settings, or request deletion from us.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us. This will remove your configuration files, logs, OAuth tokens, and any data associated with your Discord user ID from our servers.
Children's Privacy
MAMA NUI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
