By accessing or using MAMA NUI ("the Service") at mamanui.fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the MAMA NUI dashboard or bot, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MAMA NUI is a Discord bot dashboard that monitors external content sources (YouTube, Steam, Twitter/X, Gmail, RSS feeds) and delivers notifications to your Discord server channels. The Service includes a web-based configuration dashboard accessible at mamanui.fun.

3. Account & Access

  • You must have a valid Discord account to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service
  • Access may be restricted by the platform administrator (owner) at any time
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service, Google's Terms of Service, or Twitter/X's Terms of Service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties
  • Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content through bot notifications
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access the Service in unauthorized ways
  • Use the Service to monitor content you do not have permission to access
  • Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures

5. Third-Party Credentials

The Service allows you to provide third-party credentials (Twitter/X cookies, Gmail OAuth tokens) to enable monitoring features. By providing these credentials:

You confirm you are authorized to use these credentials and that doing so complies with the respective platform's Terms of Service. You accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from their use within the Service.

We do not guarantee that Twitter/X cookie-based access complies with Twitter/X's Terms of Service at all times, as their policies may change.

6. Availability & Uptime

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, uninterrupted access, or that the Service will be error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAMA NUI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, missed notifications, or service disruptions.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

8. Intellectual Property

The MAMA NUI dashboard, codebase, and visual design are proprietary. Content you configure (source accounts, routing rules, messages) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of notifications delivered on your behalf.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
